How do KLYRBREEZE Nasal Strips or Mouth Tape work?

NASAL STRIPS

Our nasal strips are adhesive, hypoallergenic strips that you stick on your nose. They gently lift and open your nostrils, allowing for improved airflow and easier breathing.

MOUTH TAPE

Mouth taping is the practice of applying tape over the mouth to encourage breathing through the nose. The idea is to optimise airflow, potentially improving oxygenation and sleep quality. It may have additional benefits for daytime focus and alertness. Before trying it, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional.

Can I sleep with KLYRBREEZE Nasal Strips or Mouth Tape?

YES.

While our Extra Strength strips and mouth tape are designed for workouts and exercise, they operate like other nasal strips and mouth tapes available for sleep.

Additionally, our nasal strips offer the advantage of being sweat-resistant. If you have sensitive skin, consider trying the daily clear version of nasal strips.

It's important to note that while our nasal strips can enhance airflow, they are not meant to address or cure sleep disorders like sleep apnea. If you suspect you have a sleep-related condition, it is advisable to seek guidance from a healthcare professional.

Are KLYRBREEZE products safe to use?

NASAL STRIPS

YES.

Our nasal strips are generally safe for most people when used as directed.

Caution:

  • For external use only.
  • Do not use over sores, sunburned or irritated skin.
  • If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
  • Remove slowly and carefully as per the instruction manual.
  • Do not use more than 12 hours per day.
  • Disposable - Single use only.
  • Not used for children under 5 years of age.

MOUTH TAPE:

Our mouth tapes are generally safe for most people when used as directed. For extra peace of mind, a breathing vent and lip tape variant is available and provides an alternate breathing passage through the mouth.

This product is designed for adult use and is not suitable for children. If you have breathing disorders, heart conditions, nasal congestion, a history of vomiting, or if you are using alcohol, drugs or sedatives, please refrain from using this product. If you are unable to remove the tape independently, do not use it. It is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before using this product, especially if you have any underlying health concerns or medical conditions.

Are the magnetic nasal strips reusable?

The magnetic nasal strips are reusable; however, adhesive tabs are required to secure them to the nose. Once you run out of tabs, you will need to purchase refill packs to continue using the strips.

Which is better, ProMagnetic Nasal Strips or Premium Extra Strength Nasal Strips?

Both options provide an impressive boost to nasal airflow, improving breathing by 30-50%. However, Magnetic Nasal Strips come in four different sizes, allowing customers to select the size that best suits their needs for a more tailored fit.

Can I use KLYRBREEZE Nasal Strips or Mouth Tape if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

While these products are hypoallergenic and feature a medical-grade adhesive formulated to minimise allergic reactions, individual responses can vary.

Applying a small portion of the strip or tape to a small area of your skin and monitoring for any adverse reactions can help you determine whether you may have sensitivity. If you experience unusual discomfort, itching, redness, or skin reactions, it's recommended to cease use immediately and consult with a healthcare professional if necessary.

Are there any side effects?

Our strips our drug-free and hypoallergenic, which are generally safe for most people. However, some may experience adverse reactions when using Klyrbreeze nasal strips e.g. erythema, irritation, pain, exfoliation, excoriation, bleeding, scab and discoloration, rash pruritus, and facial edema.

MOUTH TAPE

Potential side effects of using our mouth tape may include skin irritation, discomfort, and difficulty removing the tape. Individuals with sensitive skin or certain medical conditions, such as asthma or obstructive sleep apnea, should exercise caution and consult with a healthcare professional before use.

How do KLYRBREEZE Nasal Strips or Mouth Tape improve performance?

Our nasal strips reduce nasal resistance, improve oxygen intake, enhance endurance and stamina and promote mental focus, concentration and sleep quality.

MOUTH TAPE

Crafted to discourage mouth breathing, our mouth tape offers a potential performance boost during exercises. By optimising nasal breathing, the tape may enhance oxygenation, potentially improving endurance, focus, and overall exercise performance.

How long can I wear KLYRBREEZE Nasal Strips or Mouth Tape?

NASAL STRIPS

You can wear our nasal strips for up to 12 hours within a 24-hour period. Please do not exceed this recommended duration. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

MOUTH TAPE

You can wear the mouth tape for the duration of your exercise or sleep. If a rash or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.

How much does shipping cost?

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

All the duties & taxes are covered! We can guarantee there are no extra fees.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe. Outside of these countries? Email our support team at klyrbreeze@gmail.com and we will find a way to ship to you!

What is your order and shipping process?

You will receive an order confirmation via email as soon as you have placed your order.

Typically, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Please note, there may be fulfillment delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

As soon as your order is on its way it may take between 5-15 days depending on your shipping destination and order delays.

We'll send you the tracking number via email, allowing you to follow its journey on our tracking page. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped and delivered.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Our team works very efficiently and quickly to process orders. We are unable to guarantee any cancellations or changes to your order once placed. If you have an incorrect shipping address please reach out to us at klyrbreeze@gmail.com.

My order is marked as delivered and I can't find it.

We're so sorry for this inconvenience! Although we rely on our shipping partners to provide the best delivery services, unforeseen circumstances can arise on rare occasions.

If your order is marked as "Delivered": We recommend searching the surrounding areas of the shipping address and reaching out to neighbors. After allowing for a minimum of three business days for any potential developments, we advise submitting a claim with your local carrier directly. If you still haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 business days at klyrbreeze@gmail.com and we will help every step of the way.

There is a missing or incorrect item in my order.

If you received the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us at klyrbreeze@gmail.com to submit a claim within 3 business days after receiving your package including your order number, a photograph of the items you received, and your shipping label. Our team will be able to investigate this with our packing team and carrier partners.

How much is the return shipping fee?

Please note that while we are happy to refund or exchange for store credit, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and providing a tracking number for proof of return. The return shipping fee is based off the courier service you select (local post office, DHL, etc.) that best suits your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard card payments, PayPal, Afterpay, GooglePay, ApplePay and Shop Pay!

When selecting PayPal as a payment option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log in' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to our website.

How are refunds processed?

1. Credit Card 

From the day the return is processed by our customer support team, depending on your bank, it will take around 2-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end. 

2. Debit Visa Card

Online purchases made with a Debit Visa Card will be processed as a credit card, and it will take around 2-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end. 

3. Paypal

Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It will take around 2-7 business days for the refund amount to appear on your end.
